Trade Water Filters (Shopify B2C Launch)

Envirogen identified an opportunity to expand into the B2C market through a new sub-brand, Trade Water Filters. The objective was to create a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform that complemented their existing B2B offering while opening up a new commercial channel.

The Challenge

Envirogen had no existing B2C infrastructure, which meant the platform needed to be quick to launch while remaining scalable for future growth. It was important that the solution could handle transactions, reporting and ongoing management without requiring heavy development resource. At the same time, the brand needed to feel distinct enough to appeal to a consumer audience while still aligning with the wider Envirogen identity.

 

Our Approach

We recommended Shopify as the most suitable platform due to its robust e-commerce functionality, scalability and built-in analytics capabilities. Using Shopify, we designed and developed a clean, modern website that made it easy for users to browse, select and purchase products. The user journey was carefully structured to prioritise simplicity and conversion, while the branding was adapted to resonate with a B2C audience. We also ensured the platform took full advantage of Shopify’s native features, allowing Envirogen to manage products, track performance and scale efficiently over time.

 

The Result

The project successfully launched Envirogen into the B2C market with a visually strong and highly functional e-commerce platform. The website provided a seamless user experience, making it easy for customers to navigate and purchase products, while also enabling Envirogen to make data-driven decisions through Shopify’s analytics.
